My New Trick

Sweet Lil Love Birds

Happy Birthday - And a Sketch

It's time for a FuN sketch challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges!

Here's the sketch:

And here is my take on it:

Love that huge flower from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Spring Blooms set.  It's cut with the coordinating die and colored with Copics:  Y13, Y15, Y18, G82, G85.  The pattern paper is also from Elizabeth Craft Designs - called Thinking About - Rio de Janeiro.  The sentiments is from the Banner Sentiments set and is cut with the Banners dies.  The rectangle is a fun die called Dashing Rectangles.

Happiness is Flowers

Coffee? You and me?

If you're looking for fun weekly inspiration, check out Crazy 4 Challenges!  This week, we were inspired to create coffee creations.  Here's what I did using the fun Row Houses from Elizabeth Craft Designs!

So fun!  The patterned paper is called Wood Effect and is also from Elizabeth Craft Designs.  The dies are Dashing Circle and Dotted Scallop Circles.  The sentiments are from a set called Home Sweet Home.  Love how the doily just dolls the whole thing up :)

Happy Bird-Day

There's another fun new challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges - this time, the challenge is to add a pet to your card.  I created this card with a bird!

Super sweet birdie from Elizabeth Craft Designs Bird-Day Party Stamps cut out with the coordinating dies.  The background is from an old mixed media class I took :)  The Stitched Hexagon and circles are also from ECD, but the circles is no longer available.  The other dies and stamps are listed below.

There's a FUN new challenge happening at Dare 2B Artzy!  I super-dee-duper love this pair of otters created with the Otterly Awesome Stamp Set:

Fun, Fun!  I got so excited with how cute they are that I neglected to write down what Copics I used....  The little shells are also part of the set, and I fussy cut them out.  While the paper I chose is out of stock, there are some adorable new papers in the Seas the Day Collection that would be great for a substitute!

Lotus in Bloom

Thrilled to be posting today at Dare 2B Artzy with one of their brand new stamps!  It's called Lotus in Bloom, and here's what I made:

So pretty!  The flower is colored with Copic markers:  V20, V22 and V25 for the main part of the flower.  I added some RV55 to the tips.  The centers are Y13 and Y26.  The leaves are colored with G43, G46, YG03 and YG06.

C4C January Sketch Challenge

Today is a new challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges.  This week, it's a sketch challenge.

Fun challenge.  I took some creative license with the banners coming from the circle.  They aren't as straight as they were.  haha

Most of the products used for this card are from Elizabeth Craft Designs and are listed below.  The flowers are colored with Copic markers R85, R83 and Y15. The leaves are colored with YG63, G46, and G84.

My Planner

Happy New Year everyone!  I don't keep resolutions, so instead, I'm setting goals.  (LOL, big difference, right?!?)

One of my goals is to actually send out more of the cards that I make.  To help inpire me with this goal, I have used some of the new and fabulous planner products from Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I'll use my pages as reminders of important dates for sending out cards and to keep track of addresses and what I've sent and such.
