For my post, I created a fun and easy Father's Day card:

I just love the background stamps!  This one is called, Circles Background.  I die cut it out with the Dashing Rectangle dies and embellished it with sentiment die cuts from Words 3-Happy Holidays and a cactus from the Cacti Clear Stamps.  All of the instructions can be found on my post on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Blog.

Just For You

Posting a simple and sweet card today using products from Elizabeth Craft Designs today!  Here's what I created:

I had a couple scraps from the 6x6 Fly & Scrap paper that I cut one edge using the largest size of the Dashing Rectangle Die.  I then layered them on the edge of a card front made with 100lb Soft-Finish Cardstock.  The sentiment is from the Fashionable Phrases Clear Stamps.  I added a couple of glitter covered flowers from the Large and Small Flower Dies sets cut with more scraps from the Fly & Scrap paper.  I love how this clean and simple card turned out!

Glitter It Up!

It's Designer Challenge Day at Elizabeth Craft Designs!  I always love designer challenge day!  So many beautiful creations from the design team!  ALSO, there's a $20 gift card available to win over at the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog.  All you have to do is answer a question on their blog!   Be sure to check it out at their blog for your chance to win!

This month's challenge to the designers is All That Glitters!  Here's how I glittered it up!

I made two cards using the glitter lace technique!  You can see the you-tube video about how to do this technique - here.  The white background is cut with the Dashing Rectangles using White Soft Finish cardstock.  I used the colors from the new Bloom Glitter Palette and embellished the cards with the Color My Flowers clear stamps and coordinating dies.  I colored them with Copic markers:

V20, V22, V25, R81, R83, R85, YG11, YG13, Y26, B93, B95, B97

The sentiment is from the Fashionable Phrases clear stamps, and I added some lace, seam binding ribbon and Nuvo drops to complete the cards.

Be sure to see all the other glittery goodness on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog today!

Joset Release Day

There's a whole bunch of FuN and NeW releases at Elizabeth Craft Designs today!  Whoop! Today's releases are from Joset.  Be sure to check out the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog post for a bounty of inspiration from my design team sisters.

This first one uses the NEW Party Lanterns dies.

For this card, I covered soft-finish card stock with adhesive and then die cut the lanterns.  For the base, I covered the in True Red Silk Microfine Glitter and the outer layer in Desert Gold. Pretty and sparkly.  The card front is die cut with the Stitched Rectangles. The lanterns are hanging from a Berry Branch die cut, and I used gold sparkly stickers for the strings.  The sentiment is from the General Sentiments Clear Stamps.  From my stash, I added a stripe of origami paper I had in my stash, and adorned the Berry Branch with Nuvo drops.

For my next card, I used the NEW Tropical Florals and the Stitched Hexagon dies.

The flowers were die cut from the Thinking About Rio de Janeiro paper.  The rest of the paper is from the Fly & Scrap 12 x 12 collection.  The "thanks" is a die from the Words 2 - Thinking of You set.  I covered soft-finish cardstock with adhesive, cut out the thanks and then covered it with Rose Red Silk Microfine Glitter from the new Bloom Palette.  I added some twine and Nuvo drops.

Thanks for stopping by!
