Dots and Stripes

There She Goes Stamps has a new challenge this week to use polkadots and stripes in your creations. Using their Snowy Days stamp set and some Authentique Winter Collection paper (along with some Timeless Twine and UmWow Studios hexagon chip), this is what I came up with!

The dots are painted on with Tim Holtz Distress Paint in Picket Fence using one of his new stencils.
