For my project, I decided to alter a notebook. I use this notebook to keep track of projects that I have due. Here's what it looked like BEFORE.
The handwritten "boat log" is there because I stole it from my dear husband. He'd used it previously to track boat repairs. I took a bunch of scraps and taped them to the notebook and stuck them down with mod-podge. Then I decorated it with a cute image from Bugaboo (one of our generous sponsors), some UmWow Studio Chip, and OF COURSE, some Stickles! Colors used: Glam Pink, Waterfall, Yellow and Firefly
Now, the dear hubby will NEVER know it used to be his notebook! ha ha!

I hope he doesn't read your blog... or you'll be sprung! Looks much nicer than it did as a boat log.
