If you've seen my last several posts, you'd realize how addicted I am to foiling. Just in time because this week's challenge at Crazy4Challenges is about foiling. I made this card as part of a class with my crafty mentor Sharon and thought it was super cute.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you join our challenge!

Artzy Get Well
I'm posting today over at Dare 2B Artzy! Here's what I made:
I'm addicted to foiling. The fish is from Dare 2B Artzy's Restore the Soul set. Perfect for a card for a co-worker who has been sick.

Thanksgiving
I finally got a chance to do a bit of scrapbooking from my Thanksgiving trip, inspired by a sketch over at Crazy4Challenges.
Here's the sketch:
Very very loosely, the bottom half of this page was inspired by the sketch:
And here's the double-page lay-out:
I had such a good time with my parents at Thanksgiving. My job was closed because of bad smoke in California, so I took the opportunity to drive the 14 hours to see my parents in Yuma, AZ. We had a great meal, did some geo-caching and literally howled at the moon!
These pages were created with some wonderful products from Elizabeth Craft Designs (listed below). They are part of their planner line. What I love about this system is that it all goes together so seamlessly. The pages are cut with the dies and fit perfectly into the planner binders. :)

ABC - Planner Pages
It's a new day for a FUN challenge at Crazy4Challenges. This time, it's ABC - Anything But a Card! I made a couple planner pages using fun products from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Here's what I did:
It's a "crafty" to do list for me. Each circle has a design team on it, and I'll write in what is expected of me for the month. On the left side, I'll print a couple pics of my favorite cards. In this way, these pages will be something fun to look back on later. Here's a close up of the left side.
I'll draw the sketch challenge on the back of it, again - great for later inspiration. My supplies list is below Thanks for stopping by!

Isn't that elephant so adorable. The background is a new technique I learned. It's foiling using transfer gel. So fun. The image is colored with:
Elephant: C1, C3, R81
Gifts, Balloons: R83, R85, B14, B16, YG13, YG17

Metals Challenge
It's time for new Crazy4Challenges. This time, we are challenged to create something with at least three metal or metallic colored pieces. I rose to the challenge with this:
The background is foiled with purple foil and there are three yellow metal brads in the corner. How cute is that Little Chick from Elizabeth Craft Designs?!?
Supplies from Elizabeth Craft Designs are below. Other supplies include foil, foiling background, distress inks, lace, twine and yellow cardstock. (I colored the eyes, beak and feet with Copic markers.)
