Road Trip

I am starting to document Mike and I's latest trip (a road trip through Route 66 in California, Arizona and New Mexico) using products from Elizabeth Craft Designs. More details of these pages can be found on their blog today.

During the whole trip, I had a vision in my head of a page using the Safari Jeep. I loved it so much that I ended up making TWO pages. First up is for my Sidekick-sized page for my "him and me" album.

Next up is the regular-sized Planner Essentials page for Sadie's album.

The products that I used from Elizabeth Craft Designs are linked up below. Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Cover Page for Him and I

I have been creating a Sidekick Essentials scrapbook using products from Elizabeth Craft Designs to document the fun adventures of my guy and me. I am now into my second book, and I realized I never did a cover page for the first book. To correct that, I took one of our first pictures and created this fun page:

For the page base, I used the Sidekick Essentials 25 (that is available as part of the December Day-by-Day Kit).

On the back, I just printed our a few details of us and embellished it with the sweet little inkpot from the Hello Darling set (that is only available at your local scrapbook store currently.

My First 2023 Christmas Card

I'm having such fun with the new stamps and coordinating dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Today, I used the deer from the English Countryside 2 collection along with a sentiment from the Holiday Treats set to create a Christmas card:

And I decorated the inside with a couple strips of paper and another sentiment from the Holiday Treats set.

Love it!  Thanks so much for stopping by.

December - Days 29 to 31

Whoo Hoo! I've completed my December Day-by-Day using products from the Planner Essentials line from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

Day 29's prompt is stars.  I think I nailed it.  LOL these fun pictures are of my friend and I having such a good time at the Sacramento Kings game!

Day 30's prompt is Highlight of 2022. My highlight of 2022 is a trip to France that I got to make with my amazing parents. It had been delayed for two years because of the pandemic, but if finally happened this year!

Day 31's prompt is New Years Even. Mike and I spent New Years Eve having fun putting together a puzzle.

Thanks for stopping by today!

More New Stamps - Valentine's Day!

I am absolutely loving these new stamps from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Today, I used one of the butterflies from English Countryside 2 to create this fun card that will be perfect for Valentine's Day! These stamps are newly available at many local craft stores and at some online retailers (like Scrapbook.com).

The paper is an older collection from Heartfelt Creations. I used the Dotted, Stitched and Fitted Hearts from Elizabeth Craft Designs and also decorated the inside with a couple more hearts and a couple strips of paper.

Well Hello Darling

Saying HELLO to the new wonderful stamps from the English Countryside 2 Collection from Elizabeth Craft Designs. All of the details of the creation of these cards can be found on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog. (The paper is from an old Modascrap set I had on hand...)

This card was created with the fun new Hello Darling set.

I even decorated the inside with the same set!

New Release - Stamps!

Elizabeth Craft Designs has a new line of stamps, and they are super fun! There are coordinating dies that make them even better! Here's my first sample with them:

This horse-fly is in the Lord's Light set. These stamps are newly available at many local craft stores and at some online retailers (like Scrapbook.com). I did a simple coloring of distress inks in Kitsch Flamingo and Fossilized Amber.

I added a strip of the same paper (that is a really old BG collection) to the inside along with a Happy Birthday sentiment. Thanks so much for stopping by today!

December - Days 27 and 28

I'm almost done with my December daily planner that I created using fun Planner Essentials products from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

Day 27's prompt is "outside." I kept this page simple and used a picture of the view outside my honey's house that struck me as very pretty with the clouds and the mountains.

Day 28's prompt is "thankful" so I added a folder that I decorated with the adorable Jack Frost. On the inside of the folder, I added a couple pictures of my guy's dog (who I'm thankful is still here surviving cancer and chewing up toys). I also added a list of other things for which I am very grateful!

Thank you for stopping by today. I think all of the products are from Elizabeth Craft Designs except the color cardstock on Jack's clothes, the Kraft cardstock and the TH ribbon.

December - Day 24

Another page in my December Day-by-Day using the Planner Essentials line from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Today - Day 24 - Christmas Eve!

The Christmas Lives Here paper makes this journal so easy! The panel above fit things perfectly.

On the back, I added a couple more pictures from Christmas!

That's it for today! Thank you for stopping by.

At Home with Sadie

I took a break from my December Day-by-Day postings today to add a page to my Sadie album. Sadie is my guy's dog, and she is the sweetest, so I'm capturing her in an album! I used fun products from Elizabeth Craft Designs on these scrapbook pages.

How sweet is Sadie's doggie house?  Love it. I put it on a pocket, so I could add a bunch of photos of her snoozing.

See how sweet she is!

On the back, just a few more photos.

Thanks for stopping by today!

December - Days 20 through 23

I'm still chugging along to finish my December Day-by-Day album. Today's post shows off Days 20 through 23.

Day 20's prompt is hot cocoa (that I enjoyed in a fun mug in front of my tree). Very relaxing.

Day 21's prompt is stay warm. I stayed quite warm watching my Sacramento Kings stomp on the LA Lakers. :)

Day 22's prompt is snowflake, so I added some pretty snowflakes to my page featuring a pic of my friend and I on a night out.

And finally, for Day 23, the prompt is kitchen. I used the fun stove from Joset to highlight a picture of me waiting for my honey when we were going out to dinner at our favorite restaurant.

The products I used from Elizabeth Craft Designs are linked up below. The paper on Days 20 and 21 is from G45.
