Campfire Day

Happy Campfire Day!  Who knew this was a thing?  Apparently our host at Crazy4Challenges did as we are asked to create a campfire themed card. Here's mine:

Fairy Wishes

Woot, woot! New release over at Elizabeth Craft Designs!

For these cards, I used the NEW Fairy 1 and Once Upon a Time Accessories dies. I also used the NEW Organic Triangles Background die. These new items aren't quite yet on the website, but they will be soon!  Eek!

Happy Collage

Today's challenge at Crazy4Challenges is about the collage!  Here's my inspiration for the challenge:

It may be hard to tell, but the whole front panel is a really pretty onion skin paper. I used 101mm Double Sided Adhesive on the paper and then tore it up and adhered it back down in a collage kind of way. Here's a close-up:

The stamp was stamped onto the collage and again on another piece of onion skin paper. I watercolored that one and fussy cut it. The inks are either Distress Inks or Distress Oxides.

Birthday - Inspired by a Sketch

Today's card was inspired by the following sketch for the challenge at Crazy4Challenges:

And here's what I made:

It's "close" - right?  The word "wishes" just needed to be lower.  Almost like it did it on its own!  LOL  To create the "birthday" part, I masked out one of the words when stamping.

Simple Joys

Today is my last post as a design team member (for now) at Dare 2B Artzy.  This is an amazing company, and I've loved being on their team, but life has been too hectic...time to slow down just a bit.  Hopefully, some day, when things are calmer, I can make my way back.
