Happy Wishes

Happy Friday!  Happy Friends With Flair!  Today's card is also shared over at the 3 Girl JAM blog.  One of my online crafty buds did a really cool flower canvas with gelatos.  I hadn't jumped on the gelato bus, but I wanted to do one of those canvases, so I bought a pack.  (Thanks, Paula, for the inspiration!  I haven't made a canvas yet, but I'm going to!)

I used them first to create a couple cards to get a feel for them.  This card uses the Unity Stamp Company August 2014 Sentiment Kit, Wish with your Heart.  It also uses 3 Girl JAM Grey Crinkle ribbon from the LG Bundle and Mint from the Tie Dye 3 Bundle.  I love that the grey matches the embossing.  Everything is so shiny :)

If you love 3 Girl JAM ribbon as much as I do, this month, you can add the Sunny Meadows Bundle to your 3 Girl JAM order for JUST $1 by entering coupon code JUNE!  That's a fabulous deal!  OR you can save 10% off your whole purchase with savings code KN10!  Be sure to check out the 3 Girl JAM Store to see all the latest goodies!

Hope all you Unity peeps enjoy your weekend!

Karen

White cardstock:  5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (fold in half for card base) and 2-1/4" x 3" (cut one for center)
Brown cardstock:  2-1/2" x 3-1/4" (cut one for center)

We Salute YOU!

This month, over at Timeless Twine / Bella Creationz, we are celebrating summer with Firecracker (Aqua and Red) Timeless Twine!  One of my favorite days of the summer is July 4, so I decided to focus on it and make this card for my son.  He is proudly serving in the U.S. Army, and I am super proud of him!

The paper is from my stash pile.  I stamped the image and dog-tags from a CTMH stamp set a dear friend sent me and colored up the background with my new Gelatos.  The star and red sequins are from Bella Creationz! They were in a previous kit, but there are lots of great options for pretty sequins in the store!

Karen

Loved you before I met you...

My card is featured over on the 3 Girl JAM blog today!  The card below is made with the beautiful 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon in Clover from the Sunny Meadows Bundle!

The papers are from my scrap pile, and the stamp is from Unity Stamp Company.  I love this adorable Phyllis Harris image!  I cut the image with a Spellbinders and inked the edges with some distress ink.

Before you go, be sure to stop by the 3 Girl JAM store!  You can add this ribbon pack to your 3 Girl JAM order for JUST $1 by entering coupon code JUNE!  That's a fabulous deal! You can save 10% off your whole purchase with savings code KN10!  (Note that you can use only one coupon, so if you use the JUNE coupon, you'll have to use this one NEXT time!)

Crazy Congrats Bird

I'm up on the Timeless Twine blog today with this fun graduation card for my friend's son.  I decided to make him this CAS card with the Tim Holtz Crazy bird.  I love the look on the bird's face, and imaging this must be how a newly minted adult might feel!

That gorgeous twine is Aqua Blue and Red (Firecracker) Timeless Twine, and I used some pretty Bella Creationz Sequins.  These sequins were part of a kit sold about a year ago, but there are oodles of fun sequins in the Bella Creationz Store.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Have you "liked" Timeless Twine on Facebook yet?  You should, so you stay up on all the lovely twine-tastic goodness....

Craftily yours,

Karen
